Vancouver-area home sales up nearly 10% in June amid broad increase in demand

Greater Vancouver saw a 9.6% increase in home sales in June compared to last year, with 2,390 sales, though still 12.4% below the 10-year seasonal average. Prices remained stable, with the composite benchmark at $1,099,100, down 6% year-over-year. New listings decreased 6% to 5,938, while total inventory fell 3.1% to 17,017, remaining 30.2% above the long-term average.
