Financing, zoning, servicing, approvals, and development charges can materially change feasibility. A City Hall vote this spring reduced certain added development-cost fees, and current economics can make six-unit concepts more practical on larger sites\u2014even though some recent examples involve lots closer to 6,000 square feet.
