Metro Vancouver Rent Decline Reaches 11.6%!
In November, the average asking rent for a one-bedroom in Vancouver reached $2,534, down from $2,700. Vancouver saw the largest rent drop among Canadian cities, with 11.6% decrease for one-bedroom units.

BoC Cuts Rate to 3%
